How to Please a Woman: Four Things Men Add, and What Works Instead

Ask how to please a woman and the answer comes back as a longer list. More positions. More variety. More minutes of foreplay. More technique. Swap each of those for what a thirty-day program on female pleasure actually asks for, and the list gets shorter instead: one position held, one thing repeated, a check instead of a clock, and a sequence instead of a repertoire. Almost nothing works before she is aroused. Almost everything works after.

How to please a woman: what to do less of, and what to hold

How to please a woman, in one sentence: get her aroused before you get technical, then stop changing what works. The program this comes from spends its first six days on her anatomy and your hands, and does not reach penetration until day fourteen. The sequence is the answer. The techniques only fill it in.

  1. One position, held.A position earns its place by how long you can hold it, not by how it looks. The program’s rule for the moment something starts working is blunt: change it only if she asks, or if she moves you.
  2. One thing, repeated.“Variety kills orgasms” is the program’s own line, and it is the opposite of what a tips list sells. When a rhythm is landing, the correct next move is to do it again, at the same speed, in the same place.
  3. A check, not a clock.Arousal has a threshold and you can see it on her. Seven things to look for, four of them true, and the check sits below.
  4. A sequence, not a repertoire.Hands before mouth, mouth before penetration, and reading her before any of it. That is the shape of thirty days, and it is why how to please a woman sexually is a sequencing question long before it is a technique question.

Nothing on the list is wrong. All of it sits downstream of one thing, and men keep starting at the wrong end.

How the Sex is a Skill program teaches you to please a woman

Nobody improvises this on a Tuesday. It arrives one day at a time, with the practice already attached to the lesson that explains it.

  1. A minute of questions. You answer a short set about where you are now, what you have already tried, and what tends to go wrong. The plan comes back built around that, not around an average man.
  2. One day at a time. Each day is two lessons and a practice, ten to thirty-five minutes. Fifty lessons and thirty practices, arriving in an order that does not shuffle — because the order is the part doing the work.
  3. Practiced with her, not at her.Twenty-eight of the thirty practices are done with a partner. They are written as instructions for the room you are already in, not as homework to do alone and hope it transfers.

What the thirty days actually cover

Thirty numbered days, fifty lessons and thirty practices, in six blocks. They arrive in this order because each block assumes the one before it.

01Days 1–6
Her anatomy, and your hands. The clitoral system as a structure rather than a button, the G-zone and the A-spot, and five ways of touching that are not the same touch. Fingers first, because everything later assumes you can read what your hands are telling you.
02Days 7–12
Oral, start to finish. Six days on one act: why most of it fails, the blueprint, syncing fingers with tongue, and the feedback conversation that does not break the mood.
03Days 13–16
Foreplay, and the way in. Foreplay treated as the main event rather than the warm-up, the readiness check, the first seconds of penetration, and the upgrades that have nothing to do with force.
04Days 17–22
During sex. Extending, resetting, layering, and the days built around a second wave. Also when to stop leading and hand it over.
05Days 23–28
Your own body, and leading. Your pleasure map beyond the obvious, how to ask for something without killing the mood, and the scripts that quietly limit what you both do.
06Days 29–30
Sensory play, and the close. Temperature, blindfolds, texture — then a final lesson about what she actually remembers.

How to please a woman in bed: the check that comes before anything else

How to please a woman in bed starts earlier than most men start. Before penetration, the program hands you seven things to look for and a threshold: at least four of them true. At three or fewer, the instruction is not to try harder. It is to stay where you are.

  1. Her thighs are relaxed. Not clamped, not braced. Tension in the legs is the first thing to go when she is not there yet.
  2. Her pelvis tilts toward you.An involuntary movement, not a polite one.
  3. Her clitoris is swollen and reactive.Reactive is the operative word — it answers a light touch instead of tolerating it.
  4. She is wet without needing more lube.Reapplying is not a failure; needing to is information.
  5. The sound changes. The program’s phrasing is that her moans shift from nice to needy, and the difference is not subtle once you have heard it.
  6. Her eyes close, or lock onto yours.Either one. What matters is that she stopped watching the room.
  7. She reaches for you.Or grinds, or pulls. She moves first.

Four of seven and you move on. Three or fewer and the program names exactly four things to stay with: fingers, oral, teasing, or kissing. Which is the honest answer to how to please a woman while kissing — kissing is not the thing you get through on the way somewhere. It is one of the four that move the number.

What the tips add, and what the sequence does instead

Adding

Add another position when it starts to feel repetitive
Change it up as she gets close, to intensify it
Put in the foreplay minutes, then move on
Collect more techniques

Holding

Hold the one that is already working
Change nothing until she changes something
Check four of the seven, then move on
Let the sequence decide which technique you need

Every item you add is one more thing to change at the moment she needed you not to.

How to Satisfy a Woman: Consistency Is the Technique

Exciting her and satisfying her are two different jobs, and most men are better at the first. How to satisfy a woman is mostly a question about what you do once something is already working — and the answer the program gives is: nothing. Keep doing it.

Do it again, the same way.

Same pressure, same speed, same spot, and change it only if she asks. How to satisfy a woman in bed comes down to a willingness most men have never been asked for: to keep doing the boring thing well past the point where it starts to feel boring.

The structure is bigger than the part you can see.

Over 90% of female orgasms involve the clitoris, even during penetration, and what sits behind it is a pea-sized cluster of over 8,000 nerve endings — more than the penis carries. The useful response to all that sensitivity is to stop moving around.

Oral has six days of its own.

Days seven through twelve are one act, start to finish: why most of it fails, the blueprint, and the rhythm you hold once it lands. How to please a woman orally is a large enough question to need all six.

What happens once she is close.

The last stretch has rules of its own, and the aftercare that follows is one to two minutes the program counts as part of the same act rather than the tidying up afterwards.

Both of those are covered on their own: our guide to how to eat her out, and our guide to how to make her orgasm.

You know what to stop adding.

Doing it on the fourteenth night is the part that needs a plan.

What the Practice Changed

From a survey of The Coach users who finished their first four weeks:

58%
Felt more in control during sex
55%
Said sex became much more satisfying
39%
Reported a higher libido
41%
Had sex more often

Those numbers came from four weeks of practice.

The reading part took them an evening.

Men Who Stopped Adding Things

Reviews left by men who use the program. Trimmed on sentence boundaries, never reworded.

“Just as important as the techniques, being attentive and listening and observing and staying consistent in those moments was absolutely crucial. Just keep doing what you have been coached to do when you observe that she is responding!”

unicorn 0306

“I am grateful for the reminders and techniques to enhance and revitalize my love for my wife. Technique that makes you own the confidence that you’re doing the right stuff. Anatomy that we forgot about and sensory stuff that makes her squirm. Thank you”

_kaelem_payne_

“There’s a couple of uses for the app, but I liked how organized the section was on ‘Sex is a Skill.’ It has professionally drawn sketches to help you understand what is being described without looking graphic or distasteful. It has helped me up my game in the bedroom and I’m happy with my results!”

Etoyota

“At 61 years old I thought I knew a lot about female anatomy and sex, it turns out I was WRONG! While I have been quite successful in helping women reach orgasm in the past, it turns out it was more from luck than any skill on my part. This program has not only improved my knowledge, but is an exact guide to helping women reach orgasm every single time. Turns out you can teach an old dog new tricks!”

How to please a woman — the questions men actually ask

How do I know whether any of it is working?

By the seven-item check above, mostly. Count how many are true tonight and count again in a month; that number moves before anything else does, and it moves whether or not she finishes. The second measure is subtraction — how much of the time you spend deciding what to do next. When the sequence stops needing to be recalled, you have got it.

How to satisfy a woman sexually if she doesn’t finish every time?

Then she doesn’t, and the program says so out loud rather than selling you a technique that guarantees it. Its own line about a second orgasm is that she might not come again, and that this is fine. What the thirty days change is how often the conditions were right, not the outcome. Anyone selling you the outcome is selling you something we won’t.

What actually comes in the app?

The Sex is a Skill program: thirty numbered days, fifty lessons and thirty practices, ten to thirty-five minutes at a time, with the day you are on kept track of and a reminder at the hour you chose. The app is paid.

Do I need toys, or a partner who has read the same thing?

No toys, and nothing to buy. You do need a partner — twenty-eight of the thirty practices are written for two people, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest about what the program is. She does not need to read anything; most of the practices are written so she experiences them without being briefed first.

How do I get in touch?

Two ways. Email support@the.coach and a real person on our team gets back to you — usually within a day. Or open the app, go to the Today tab, tap your profile, and hit Support. Both land with the same people.
