Not at all. The majority of our programs begin with solo practice and self-discovery. While having a partner can certainly enhance the overall experience, they are never a requirement to see progress.
Yes, it is. Every program is carefully crafted alongside clinical researchers, certified sex therapists, and medical professionals. Our methods are strictly grounded in peer-reviewed research, entirely avoiding generic advice columns and internet hacks.
