You can measure arousal. That's how you control it

You'll learn to read your own arousal on a 1–10 scale, live, in the moment. Once you can feel the gap between a 7 and a 9, you act early. The point of no return stops sneaking up on you.

It's a nervous system reflex

Premature ejaculation is mostly your sympathetic nervous system firing too fast: anxiety, tension, overstimulation. Breathing and relaxation switch on the other half, the parasympathetic side, and it pulls arousal back down so you last longer.
