How the program works

Getting and staying hard isn’t luck. It’s a mechanism, driven by physical health, psychological state, and sexual skill. The program works on all three to clear the root causes of ED.

01Phase
Find the specific triggers behind your condition: physical, psychological, or a mix of both.
02Phase
Practices that improve pelvic floor health and blood flow, the physical foundation of your erection.
03Phase
Overcome performance anxiety. Learn how to stop overthinking, stay in the moment, and switch off the stress response that kills erections.
04Phase
Learn the positions, like spooning or yab-yum, that support blood flow and reduce strain.
05Phase
Bring a partner in: communicate, set the pace, and have sex without fearing you’ll lose it.

What actually changes

Before

You lose your erection mid-sex or right before penetration
You’re stuck in your head, running on performance anxiety
You default to exhausting positions that drain your energy and blood flow
You avoid sex altogether because you’re afraid of failing

After

You get hard and stay hard, no medication
You stay present, relaxed, and confident during sex
You use positions that work with your body, not against it
You enjoy sex because you trust your body again

Why this approach works

Keep It Hard isn’t a temporary fix or a magic pill. It’s a full protocol that rebuilds your erectile function piece by piece.

Physical health drives the mechanics.

Erection quality comes down to blood flow and pelvic floor integrity. Targeted conditioning strengthens the vascular and muscular systems that physically hold blood in the penis.

Anxiety is a physical roadblock.

Performance anxiety fires up the sympathetic nervous system: fight or flight. Blood flow drops, the erection goes. You’ll learn to switch on the parasympathetic state arousal needs.

Positioning affects blood flow.

Standard missionary is one of the worst positions for keeping an erection: strain plus gravity working against you. You’ll learn positions that take less effort and give you more visual and physical arousal.

Skills replace panic.

When you know what to do if your erection wavers (hands, words, a change of position), panic disappears. And without panic, the erection comes back on its own.

Before you start

Do I need to be taking ED medication for this to work?

No. The program goes after the root causes of ED naturally. You build physical health, psychological resilience, and sexual skill, so reliable erections stop depending on a pill.

How do I know if my issue is physical or mental?

Usually it’s both. A physical misfire leads to performance anxiety, which causes the next misfire. The program starts by finding your specific triggers, then gives you tools for both the physical mechanics and the mental loop.

Do I need a partner to do this program?

No. Much of the program is solo: physical conditioning, health assessment, mental exercises. You can build the skills and confidence on your own before a partner enters the picture.

Is it really possible to cure ED?

Yes. For most men, ED is treatable. It takes commitment to work through the lifestyle, physical, and psychological factors, but thousands of men have beaten it with these methods.

What if I only lose my erection occasionally?

Then this is the right time. Occasional misfires turn chronic once performance anxiety sets in. You’ll get the tools to understand your body, head off the panic, and stay consistent.

How do I get in touch?

Two ways. Email support@the.coach and a real person on our team gets back to you — usually within a day. Or open the app, go to the Today tab, tap your profile, and hit Support. Both land with the same people.
