How to Eat Her Out: The First Three Minutes, and the Last Ninety Seconds

For the first two to three minutes, don’t touch it. Not the clitoris, not directly — that is the program’s actual instruction, and it is the opposite of what almost every guide opens with. For most men oral is not a technique problem. It is a dose problem: too much of it too early, and then not enough of the same thing at the end.

How to Eat Her Out: the Blueprint, in Order

How to eat her out, in one paragraph: stay off the clitoris for the first two to three minutes and work the outer labia and the skin around the hood with a flat, warm tongue; when she is clearly responding, expose the glans lightly and find one stroke that gets an answer; then hold that stroke — same pressure, same rhythm, same place — until she goes over. Her clitoris is roughly ten times more sensitive than the head of your penis, which is why the order runs that way round and not the other.

  1. Diving in.Landing on the clitoris cold is not enthusiasm. At ten times the sensitivity, it is the difference between contact and impact — and she will spend the next few minutes recovering from it rather than building on it.
  2. Changing too often.Variety feels generous and reads as interruption. Every switch sends her back down the arc, and the course is blunt about the cost: variety kills orgasms.
  3. Performing.Noise, visible effort and speed are aimed at an audience. There isn’t one. Effort you can hear is effort that isn’t going into pressure and rhythm.
  4. Expecting the reactions you’ve watched. What is on a screen is a performance being filmed, not a response being had. The course names this as one of the five, and it is the one that makes men change something that was working.
  5. Treating it as a task.Something to get through on the way to the real thing. She reads that instantly, and it’s why the same technique lands differently on two different nights.

None of that is a technique correction. Two of the five are timing, two are where your attention is, and the fifth is what you expected before you started — which is why eating her out well depends less on what your tongue does than on when it does it.

Sex Is a Skill: How to Eat Her Out as Six Days of Practice

Reading a blueprint and running one are different jobs. Sex is a Skill is thirty numbered days inside The Coach app, and days seven through twelve are oral — two lessons and a practice on every one of them, rather than a list to remember.

  1. It asks before it teaches.A minute of questions about what already happens, and the plan comes back arranged around that instead of around an average.
  2. Days seven to twelve are the oral block. Why it fails and the blueprint, fingers and tongue together, edging her, the variations, the ruts, then feedback and what happens afterwards — one day each, in that order.
  3. Each day ends in a practice, not a summary.Ten to thirty-five minutes with something specific to do, which is the only part that changes what your hands do on a Tuesday.

The hard part is doing it the same way twice.

Six oral days, in order, each ending in ten to thirty-five minutes of practice, built round what already happens between you.

Six Things a Tongue Can Do

The program names more than these. The skill was never collecting them — it’s picking one and staying on it long enough for it to work.

01Move
Suction. A light vacuum around the glans, soft enough to seal and no harder. Pressure that stays even is what makes it useful.
02Move
Flat tongue glide. The whole width of the tongue, up and down. This is what the first two to three minutes are for — the broadest, most forgiving contact there is, and the one that costs your jaw the least.
03Move
Licking. Soft, heavy midline strokes. Not darting, not flicking — the weight is the point.
04Move
Flicking. The tip only, and only once she is very aroused. Think tickle, not stab.
05Move
Circles. Around the hood, never on the glans, and never breaking rhythm to reposition.
06Move
Humming. A low hum with the mouth still in contact. It adds a channel without changing anything you were already doing.

The Rule That Decides It: Don’t Change Anything

Once something is working, the instruction is not “build on it”. It is: do exactly that, and keep doing exactly that — same speed, same pressure, same motion, same place. Count to thirty. Then count to thirty again. Some women need ninety seconds of unbroken consistency, and the course puts its own failure estimate on this single thing: it is where 90% of men fail. There is a way to change something safely, and it has four conditions — plus one rule that overrides all four.

  1. Wait for the plateau.Never change while she is still climbing. If she is rising, you are not choosing a better move — you are interrupting a working one.
  2. Keep one thing constant.Change the pressure and keep the rhythm. Change the rhythm and keep the pattern. Never both at once, ever.
  3. Don’t break contact.Melt from one move into the next. Lifting off and landing again is a second beginning, and she has to climb back to where she was.
  4. Signal it.“Let me try something…” costs a second and stops the change from registering as a mistake.
  5. Freeze frame. The moment she reacts to something, stop developing it. Whatever you were doing when she reacted is the thing to hold — not the thing to improve.

Every one of them is a way of not starting over. That’s the whole of it: the technique was never the scarce thing, the patience to repeat it was.

Performing vs Working

Performing

You go straight for the clitoris, because that is where the nerve endings are
You add something new whenever you stop hearing a reaction
You listen for the reaction you have seen on a screen
You stop the second she comes, and the room goes quiet

Working

You spend the first minutes everywhere else, and arrive once she is already responding
You hold one pattern and let it be repetitive, because repetitive is the mechanism
You read her breathing, her thighs and her hips instead of her volume
You stay where you are for the minute or two afterwards, hand still resting on her

A tongue that changes what it is doing is a tongue that starts over.

Why Oral Is the Reliable One

For around seven in ten women, oral sex is the most reliable route to orgasm. That is not a preference, it is what the anatomy makes easy — and it is why six of the program’s thirty days go to it.

It reaches more than the part you can see.

Oral works the glans, the hood, the internal bulbs, the labia and the perineum at the same time — and, as the course puts it, her brain, because oral is as psychological as it is physical.

Over 80% need clitoral stimulation.

Only around 18% of women orgasm consistently from penetration alone. Oral is the most direct way of supplying what the other eighty need, which is why it isn’t an optional extra.

A tongue holds a rhythm better than hips do.

A tongue can hold one speed and one pressure for ninety seconds. Hips get tired, and tired hips speed up. That’s the real advantage, and it’s the one most often thrown away.

Sensitivity is the constraint.

Roughly ten times more sensitive than the head of your penis. The delay at the start, the flat tongue, the light suction: all of it exists because of that one number.

Fingers, Rhythm, and the Ruts Everyone Falls Into

Eating her out rarely happens on its own, and almost every problem after the blueprint comes from two things running on different clocks.

  1. Fingers come second.Wait for the deeper breathing and the legs opening, and for two to three minutes of tongue, before anything goes inside. Arriving early is the same mistake as diving in, one layer down.
  2. One rhythm, two instruments. If the fingers are on a different clock from the tongue, the two cancel instead of stacking — the course calls the result static. If she stiffens or you feel her clench, pause and hold the pressure rather than pulling away.
  3. Edging her, on purpose.Bring her close, then ease off without stopping: lick slower, soften, warm air, kiss her thighs. Let her drop for ten to fifteen seconds, return to the exact same spot at the exact same rhythm, and repeat two or three times.
  4. Reward the response, don’t escalate on it.She moans, you slow down and add pressure. She arches, you stay precisely where you are. The loop that works is signal, then more of the same; the loop that fails is signal, then more.
  5. Going back to it mid-sex.Going down on her mid-sex is a reset: precision, catching her before the wave breaks, or simply buying the session more time. One exception the course is firm about — if she is coming from penetration, do not pull out to go down.

All of it is a way of protecting one rhythm from your own enthusiasm. Where that rhythm sits in the whole arc — and which stage you are actually on when it starts to feel flat — is the wider question of how tomake her orgasm.

What he does once he is inside her is a separate skill, and how to thrust during sex is where it is taken apart.

Men Who Were Already Trying

Reviews from men who bought the program. Cut for length only, never reworded.

“Some information they taught blew me away and really helped demystify the female pleasure with a structured approach to exploration. The app opened up possibilities instead of contributing to more confusion and frustration by giving vague advice that have littered magazines and the webs.”

PCATN

“I am grateful for the reminders and techniques to enhance and revitalize my love for my wife. Technique that makes you own the confidence that you’re doing the right stuff. Anatomy that we forgot about and sensory stuff that makes her squirm. Thank you”

_kaelem_payne_

“There’s a couple of uses for the app, but I liked how organized the section was on ‘Sex is a Skill.’ It has professionally drawn sketches to help you understand what is being described without looking graphic or distasteful. It has helped me up my game in the bedroom and I’m happy with my results!”

Etoyota

“After only five or six lessons, I was tuned in to making the experience more pleasurable for her, which actually made me feel sexier! I’m not ashamed to admit that the Coach made me a better partner and lover.”

How to Eat Her Out: What Men Ask Next

How do I know whether I’m doing it right?

By what her body does, not by what she says afterwards. Thighs tightening, breathing that changes rhythm, hips lifting or going suddenly still, and the moment she goes quiet — those are the signals, and they come in clusters rather than one at a time. If nothing is happening, the usual cause is not the wrong move but the wrong timing: arriving on the clitoris before she was ready for it.

How long should this take?

Longer than most men give it at the start, and less varied than most men give it at the end. The first two to three minutes are deliberately off the clitoris. After that the program puts no total length on it at all — deliberately, because the only number that matters is how long you can hold one thing without changing it. Count to thirty, then thirty again.

My jaw and tongue give out. What then?

Change position before you change technique — the flat-tongue glide and light suction cost far less than tip work, and most of the blueprint deliberately sits on the cheap end. Fingers exist for exactly this, and the sync rules mean you can carry the rhythm with them for a stretch without her feeling a break.

She says she can’t come this way. Is that normal?

Common, and not a verdict. The program’s position is that oral is the most reliable route for around seven in ten women, which leaves a real number for whom it is not — and separately, plenty of women have simply never had it done at a consistent enough rhythm to find out. Both are worth ruling out before anyone concludes anything.

Should I be using fingers at the same time?

Yes, but second, and on the same clock. The sequence answers most of it: tongue alone until her breathing changes, then fingers added to a rhythm that is already running rather than started alongside one. And the rule isn’t only about oral — the program applies the same sync to fingering and to sex.

What happens right afterwards?

Do not get up. One or two minutes of staying — a hand on her thigh or her belly, no questions, especially not “are you okay?” — is the whole of it, and the course counts it as part of the technique.

What do I actually get in the app?

Sex is a Skill: thirty numbered days, most of them two lessons and a practice, inside The Coach. Days seven to twelve are the oral block; the days either side are anatomy and hands, and then what happens during sex. The app is paid; what the quiz decides is which version of the thirty days you get.

Do I need a partner, or anything to buy?

No equipment for the oral days. Later ones suggest lube, and a toy where she wants one, but nothing is required to start. A partner, mostly yes, and this is the honest version rather than the marketing one: twenty-eight of the thirty practices assume she is there. Two do not.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — through whichever store you bought it in, the same place you manage every other subscription on the phone.

How do I get in touch?

Two ways. Email support@the.coach and a real person on our team gets back to you — usually within a day. Or open the app, go to the Today tab, tap your profile, and hit Support. Both land with the same people.
