Do I need a partner to complete the programs?

No. Every program is built to be done solo. The skills carry over into partnered sex, but you don’t need a partner to practice or progress.

How much time does it take each day?

Most daily sessions take 10 to 20 minutes. The programs are meant to fit into your routine, not replace it.

I don’t have a diagnosed condition. Are these programs still for me?

Yes. Most of our users have no diagnosis at all; they just want to be better in bed. The programs work whether you’re fixing a specific issue or raising your baseline.

How soon will I notice a difference?
