Which program should I start with?

Do I need a partner to complete the programs?

No. Most of the curriculum is solo work. You’ll get to know your own body, figure out what you need, and practice the somatic exercises on your own; a partner can come into it later, if and when you want.

How much time does it take each day?

Most daily sessions take 10 to 20 minutes. The programs are meant to fit into your routine, not become another chore on the list.

Is something wrong with me if I have zero sex drive?

No. A drop in libido is a normal biological response to stress, hormonal shifts, or what’s happening in your relationship. Your body is reacting to its environment. The programs help you understand those reactions and change them, without pressure or guilt.

How soon will I notice a difference?

Most women notice changes in the first two weeks: better body awareness, less anxiety, more confidence. The deeper changes build over the full five to eight weeks.

Is my data private?
