"I got charged twice for the subscription"
If you are experiencing this error, you are likely to be logged into an alternative The Coach account. Please re-login into the account you used for the website purchase.

To do so:
  1. Open The Coach App
  2. Tap on the Program tab
  3. Tap on the <...> button on the top right
  4. Tap on "LOG OUT"
  5. Log in to the correct account
  6. Begin your journey!

In case you don't remember the correct account, please send me the last four digits of your credit card number or the PayPal e-mail you used for the purchase. I'll retrieve the e-mail associated with the transaction.

Regarding your App Store purchase, you can get a refund via Apple:

  1. Open The App Store
  2. Tap on your profile icon on the top right
  3. Tap on your name
  4. Tap on Purchase History
  5. Choose The Coach App
  6. Go for Report a problem and choose a refund

The best time to do that is within 48 hours after the purchase. Don't forget to state the refund reason, too: the App Store usually accepts "unintentional purchase/purchase by mistake." Note, however, that Apple makes the sole decision on whether a customer should receive a full refund on an app. You may wish to find more details here:
