If you are experiencing this error, you are likely to be logged into an alternative The Coach account. Please re-login into the account you used for the website purchase.
To do so:
- Open The Coach App
- Tap on the Program tab
- Tap on the <...> button on the top right
- Tap on "LOG OUT"
- Log in to the correct account
- Begin your journey!
In case you don't remember the correct account, please send me the last four digits of your credit card number or the PayPal e-mail you used for the purchase. I'll retrieve the e-mail associated with the transaction.
Regarding your App Store purchase, you can get a refund via Apple:
- Open The App Store
- Tap on your profile icon on the top right
- Tap on your name
- Tap on Purchase History
- Choose The Coach App
- Go for Report a problem and choose a refund
The best time to do that is within 48 hours after the purchase. Don't forget to state the refund reason, too: the App Store usually accepts "unintentional purchase/purchase by mistake."
